Q: How much does it cost to rent?
A: We often do week day specials and other promotions. Our moon bounces are 15x15 and start at $160.00 for 3 hour rental. Our inflatable slide (can be wet or dry) rents for $375.00 for day rental (up to 6 hrs). Click here to see pricing on moon bounces.
Q: What Is Your Cancellation Policy?
A: The initial deposit of $100.00 is final. However, if you cancel for inclement weather, we will credit your deposit towards a future rental (dependent upon availability). The deposits are good for one year from the time of booking. KIDflatables, LLC will work with you to select an new date for your party, based on availability. You have until 7AM the date of your rental to cancel because of weather conditions (wind, rain, snow, etc). If delivery of the inflatable is completed, you will be charged in full. KIDflatables, LLC reserves the right to refuse to complete an event that potentially could cause damage to equipment or, may pose a risk to others in the immediate area.
Q: Is KIDflatables, LLC insured?
A: Absolutely! At KIDflatables, LLC we believe that this is the most important requirement for running a moon bounce and inflatable slide rental business. As such, we are fully insured with a liability insurance policy covering injury due to KIDflatables, LLC gross negligence. This statement in no way implies legal responsibility. Please read your rental agreement thoroughly. We are happy to provide a copy of our insurance binder upon request.
Q: How long is an all day rental?
A: 6 hours (maximum). Specific rental times vary and can be discussed prior to a booking. We try to be flexible. KIDflatables reserves the right to setup early if necessary, based on other parties scheduled for same day. We will notify you ahead of time and customer will not be obligated to pay additional. Due to daylight savings time, events may need to be picked up before dusk during certain months.
Q: Do you accept credit cards?
A: Yes, you may pay by Visa, Master Card, American Express or if you are a business or Religious Organization, you may pay via business check. Checks must be received by KIDflatables 3 days prior to date of event.
Q: Does the moonbounce or inflatable require power?
A: Yes. Our moonbounces and inflatables plug into a standard 120V outlet. Customers are responsible for providing power for the moonbounce; however, KIDflatables does provide customers with an extension cord. We ask that nothing else be plugged into the outlet that we are utilizing. If you are setting up in a park or public place without electrical outlets within 50 ft, a generator will need to be supplied by customer.
Q: What type of surface can the moonbounce be placed on?
A: The best surface is a level grassy area. However, we can set up any level surface such as concrete, dirt and even indoor gyms. Please specify when ordering which surface we will be setting up on so we can provide the appropriate support and anchors for your event.
Q: Are there any safety rules to observe?
A: Yes. KIDflatables representative will go over all safely rules at time of set up. If rain is encountered, ask everyone to quickly exit the bounce, unplug the blower and allow the unit to deflate. The unit must not be used in heavy winds in excess of 15mph or heavy rain. Once the weather has passed, plug the blower back in, allow the unit to inflate and have an adult dry the interior with a towel. Once the unit is dry it can be used again. The Rental Agreement states all the rules, waiver release, terms and conditions, etc must be signed prior to setup.
Q: Should we have parents supervise the inflatables while in use?
A: Yes. It is very important that there is adult supervision present during the party or event. The customer will be required to sign the terms and conditions form acknowledging and understanding that there are potential risks associated with participation on the inflatable equipment including but not limited to: contusions, fractures, scrapes, cuts, bumps, paralysis, or death. Participant(s) named will willingly assume the risks associated with participation and accept that there are also risks that may arise due to OTHER PARTICIPANTS.
Q: Do you set up in parks and public places?
A: Yes. You will be responsible for obtaining any necessary permits. We can supply certificate of Insurance if necessary, please let us know ahead of time so we can prepare this information for you. A generator may be required because not all park locations have electricity. Generators must be provided by customer.
Q: How much space do I need?
A: You will need an area of 19' X 19' and a vertical height that can allow at least 15' of clearance. Approx 2 cars parked side by side in your set up area.
Q: Does KIDflatables deliver and set up?
A: Yes, drivers will deliver, set up and take down the moon bounces and inflatables We also ensure that the units are clean and in good working condition as we test the units for safety after set up. It takes approximately 15-20 minutes to set up the unit and review the safety procedures with you.
Q: What time do you deliver and pickup the moonbounces?
A: You decide the specific rental windows and we will be there anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours before your event. We pick up the unit after the party is over and could arrive up to 2 hours after the event has finished (no additional cost to you). If an exact pick up time is necessary, please let us know.
Q: Is delivery included in the pricing?
A: KIDflatables offers FREE DELIVERY within a 20 mile radius of our warehouse (21228). If your event is further than 20 miles from 21228, there will be a $1.00 per mile charge applied that covers your entire event. For example, if your event is 25 miles from 21228, you will owe a delivery charge for your event of $25.00, which includes delivery, setup, and breakdown of the rental equipment. KIDflatables does not deliver outside of 60 miles from our warehouse (21228). Please check www.mapquest.com for approximate driving distance.
Q: Do you provide attendants?
A: For backyard events we show a responsible adult on how to operate the equipment safely; however, we usually do not provide an attendant for backyard rentals, unless requested. For public events (parks, churches, schools, etc) we require an attendant at an hourly rate of $10.00. If you require an attendant for a backyard event, pricing for 1 attendant is below.

Q: How do I book a moon bounce or inflatable slide?

Deposit of $100.00 is required to reserve your date and equipment. Balance is due before the day of your event. Credit Card for deposit will be used for balance for all private parties.
